A mint tin filled with things that inspire me.
What the items in the tin represent to me in terms of inspiration.
Hearts: I love everything that gives me inspiration.
Ear buds: Music is one of my biggest inspirations. It holds me up and keeps my moods from falling.
Yellow paper with words: The words on the paper are from a song called Movin' On by Good Charlotte, I was inspired by these words to make a photo series representing them.
Amethyst Marble: Amethyst is my birthstone; sometimes random things that I notice about myself inspire me to take a photo that represents that.
Telephone: Sharing ideas and listening to other people talk about their life, opinions or thoughts.
Butterfly Pendant: A very personal and emotional meaning having to do with almost losing someone very close to me. It inspires me to use my emotions to capture the ones I hold deep inside me.
Camera: Photography is a very big inspiration for me. Not only giving me the urge to try new things with my photos, but to look at things in a new way.
Green Button: A button my mother gave to me. She inspires me to want to learn, to be the best person that I can be, and to do whatever it takes to follow my dreams.
Scary creature button pin: Dark art inspires me to want to make dark art.
Paper on bottom of tin: On the paper is one of the many weird and vivid dreams I sometimes have. Because I remember everything to the last detail in these dreams they inspire me to want to give painting a go so I can show my dreams to the world.
Big black and white button pin: Very first thing I made at Cornish, it's a hope that I find lots of inspiration in this school.
